In this paper, we detailedly introduced the growth and expansion route, innovation mode and restricting factors of the BYD company and analyzed the cost of the innovation in a bid to provide reference for the selection of innovation mode for rapidly growing small-and-mediums-sized enterprises.%详细论述了比亚迪公司成长扩张路径、创新模式和制约因素,并对该模式进行了成本分析,以期探索中小企业迅速成长的模式选择.
