基于遗传算法的人工订单拣选路径优化研究

         

摘要

In this paper, with the manual order picking as the study object, we considered the application of the basic genetic algorithm to solving the problem of the optimization of the picking route for warehouses with double—zone layout, which practiced the ABC inventory strategy and within whose randomly arriving orders the category and quantity of the items were also random. Then we established the route optimization model for the manual order picking system, used the genetic algorithm to solve it, derived the optimal picking distance and route, and shortened the span of the picking operation.%以人工订单系统为对象,考虑ABC存储策略下,在客户随机到达的订单中,当物品的类别和数目随机时,运用基本遗传算法来解决双区型仓库布局的拣选路径优化问题,建立了人工订单拣选系统的路径优化模型,采用遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解,得出了优化的拣选距离和拣选路径,缩短了拣选的时间和作业时间.
