装车地直达情况下电煤库存优化模型研究

             

摘要

In view of the problems afflicting thermal power enterprises and from their perspective, we established the system cost objective function to study the electricity-use coal inventory problem with through transportation from the load-place. Considering the characteristics of the inventory at the power enterprises, we introduced the 0— 1 decision variable to be more close to the practical inventory volume of the enterprises. By incorporating transportation capacity, inventory limitation, coal proportioning as constraints of the model, we could minimize the total cost of these enterprises, which included order cost, transportation cost, inventory cost, coal-burning cost and loading/unloading cost.%针对火电企业库存成本费用高、对库存与运输的联合研究较少等问题,主要从火电企业角度出发建立自身系统费用目标函数研究装车地直达情况下电煤库存问题.针对电厂库存连续变化的特点,引入0-1决策变量,获得更贴近实际的电厂库存量.以运输能力、库存限制、配煤比例作为模型约束条件,使得火电企业包括订购成本、运输成本、库存成本、燃煤费用以及装卸费用在内的自身总费用最小,并通过与实际相符的算例来验证模型的可行性与有效性.
