电子商务企业自营物流管理模式优化研究

摘要

首先概述了电子商务的发展现状及其面临的物流瓶颈和现有物流配送模式,接着分析了电子商务企业自营物流管理模式的特点及其优劣势,然后研究了电子商务企业自营物流的优化策略,最后通过对电子商务企业PPG和VANCL的自营物流管理优化模式进行的案例研究印证了本文的主要研究结论和成果.%In this paper, we first summarized the current situation of e-commerce, the logistics constraint it faced and the currently practiced logistics distribution modes, then analyzed the characteristics and advantage/disadvantage of the self—operated logistics management mode of e—commerce enterprises, and finally, through cases of e—commerce businesses PPG and VANCL, demonstrated the validity of the main conclusions and findings of the paper.
