不确定环境下基于时间成本的多供应商协同研究

     

摘要

研究了在市场需求较高,供应商的供给不确定程度较高,同时在某种条件下可能没法满足制造商订货需求的情况下,制造商如何对多个供应商进行协同、制定最佳的订货策略的问题.首先构建了基于时间成本和供应链总成本的多供应商协同模型,然后用MATLAB进行了仿真实验,结论是在时间成本权重较高的情况下,通过多供应商协同模型对降低成本有显著的效果.%In this paper, we studied how a manufacturer should collaborate multiple suppliers and formulate the optimal order strategy when the market demand was strong, supply highly uncertain and under specific conditions the ordering demand of the manufacturer was impossible to meet. First we established the multiple supplier negotiation model based on time cost and total supply chain cost, then used the Matlab in a simulation experiment and found that with rather high weight for the time cost, the collaboration model could significantly reduce cost.
