企业文化教育在物流人才培养中的作用浅析

In this paper, we comprehensively analyzed the role of education of enterprise culture in the training of logistics talents and proposed the measures to amplify its effect on the aspects of human-centered culture, democratic communication culture, motivative culture, service culture and learning culture.%全面分析了企业文化教育在物流人才培养中的作用,并从打造“人本型、民主沟通型、激励型、服务型、学习型”企业文化等五个方面,提出了发挥好企业文化教育在物流人才培养中作用的措施.
