In this paper, through analyzing the current status of the development of the modern logistics industry in China, the existing problems and the constraining factors, we discussed the countermeasures and strategies for improving the logistics industry of China.%通过对我国现代物流产业发展现状、存在的主要问题及制约我国物流产业发展的原因进行研究,探讨了我国发展物流产业的对策与措施.
