降低铁路运输成本的铁路物流优化管理探讨

摘要

In this paper, we first analyzed the status of the railway transportation resources in China and the development situation of railway logistics and, in view of the existing problems and taking advantage of the latest logistics management mode, proposed the optimization and management method aimed at reducing the transportation cost. Finally, we analyzed the influence factors o the cost competitivity of railway logistics.%首先分析了我国铁路运输资源状况和铁路物流现状,针对存在问题,结合最新的物流管理模式,提出具体的以降低成本为目的的创新铁路物流优化管理方法.最后分析了影响以铁路物流成本竞争力的因素.
