论我国物流业法律法规的构建与完善

摘要

In this paper, we first analyzed the current status of the laws and regulations relating to the logistics industry of China, the existing problems and the difference in the laws and regulations of the industry between China and the west, and on this basis, gave suggestions for their adjustment and improvement.%在分析我国现行物流业法律法规的现状与存在问题及中西方物流业法律法规的不同的基础上,提出了构建与完善我国物流业法律法规的一系列措施.
