供应链金融运作模式与风险管理研究——以中储股份物流监管为例

运用供应链与金融管理相关理论,分析供应链金融运作模式与可能存在的风险,并探讨中储股份供应链物流监管的特征及其风险控制,在此基础上提出供应链风险管理策略.%In this paper, we analyzed the operational mode of supply chain finance and the risks associated with it and studied the characteristics and risk control measures of the supply chain and logistics management of CMST, on the basis of which we proposed the corresponding risk management strategies.
