基于TRIZ理论的物流管理专业研究生创新能力培养

摘要

In this paper, we established a training system for the innovative capacity of logistics management post-graduate students and proposed to use the TRIZ theory to equip current teaching staff, construct the TRIZ theoretical network and practical platform, apply the TRIZ theory in scientific projects of logistics management and strengthen the crossover learning of knowledge from multiple fields and multiple subjects.%针对我国物流管理研究生创新能力不足的现状及培养的实际,将TRIZ理论应用到其创新能力的培养方面:构建系 统的物流管理专业研究生创新能力培养体系,运用TRIZ理论武装现有导师队伍,建立TRIZ理论网络和实践平台,应用TRIZ理论进行物流管理科研项目和毕业设计创新,加强多领域多学科知识交叉学习,这些策略和方法能够激发物流管理专业研究生创新的潜能,提升其创新能力.
