基于高校仓储人才培养与企业需求差距分析的仓储人才培养策略

摘要

Through investigating the recruitment information of enterprises for warehousing professionals, the paper analyzes the current demand for warehousing talents by the Chinese enterprises and in view of the situation of warehousing talent training by Chinese universities and colleges, identifies the gap between the two and proposes accordingly the strategy for warehousing talent training in China.%通过对企业相关仓储人员的招聘信息进行调查,对当前我国企业仓储人才需求现状进行了分析,结合我国高校仓储人才培养现状,归纳总结了仓储人才培养与企业需求之间的差距,在此基础上提出了我国仓储人才培养的策略建议.
