供应链运作模式设计中物流配送中心和转运中心选址研究

摘要

首先给出了基于物流配送中心和转运中心的供应链业务流程框架，提出了在供应商和生产商之间设立转运中心、在生产商和分销商之间设立物流配送中心的供应链运作模式方案，接着构建了基于供应链总成本最小化的物流配送中心和转运中心的目标规划选址模型，最后对模型进行了优化转化求解，引入了新的决策变量，并基于供应链运作的长期战略合作，提出了供应链可以以高于最小成本一定幅度的水平来进行运作。%In this paper, we first presented the framework of the business process of the supply chain centering on logistics distribution centers and transshipment hubs, proposed a solution of the operational model of such supply chain and then established the objective programming location model of the distribution centers and transshipment hubs based on minimization of total supply chain cost. At the end, we solved the model and argued that the supply chain could operate at a certain cost level that was slightly higher than the minimal cost.
