面向天津滨海新区的应用型国际物流人才培养体系研究——以天津职业技术师范大学物流管理专业为例

摘要

In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics of the international logistics talent needed by the development of the Tianjin Binhai New Zone as well as the current status of the logistics management specialty in Tianjin and then in the case of the Tianjin Vocational & Technical Normal University logistics management specialty and from the aspects of talent training objective,competence and qualification structure,teaching system establishment,laboratory and practical training construction,course and textbook construction,and teacher resources construction,etc.,discussed the establishment of the framework of the applied intemational logistics talent training system oriented to the New Zone.%立足于天津滨海新区建设的环境,在分析新区物流发展对国际物流人才需求的特点和我国及天津市物流管理专业现状的基础上,以天津职业技术师范大学物流管理专业为例,从人才培养目标、能力素质结构、教学体系构建、实验实训建设、课程与教材建设、师资队伍建设等方面,探讨了面向滨海新区的应用型国际物流人才培养体系框架的构建.
