“定岗双元”模式下实践教学课程体系构建研究与实践——以物流管理专业为例

摘要

实践教学在健雄职业技术学院“定岗双元”人才培养模式中占有举足轻重的地位.以物流管理专业为例界定了合作企业“定岗”岗位和职业能力目标,提出了“定岗双元”模式下实践教学课程体系的构建方案,明确了实施与完善实践教学体系的措施,以期对高职院校在同类领域实践教学的探索有所启发.%Practical teaching has great importance in the duo-factor/fixed-post talent training mode of Jianxiong Vocational & Technical College.In the case of the logistics management specialty,we defined the determination of the post by cooperating enterprises and the objective in competence training by the vocational colleges,proposed the strategy to built the curricular system of the duo-factor/fixed-post talent training mode and proposed the measures to implement and improve the practical teaching system.
