摘要

In this paper,we introduced in detail the connotation of the comprehensive vocational competence,structurally decomposed the comprehensive vocational competence of higher vocational logistics students,pointed out the necessary fundamental quality and vocational capacity,and then in view of higher vocational logistics education,proposed the strategy to cultivate the comprehensive vocational competence of the students.%详细阐述了综合职业能力的内涵,对高职物流专业学生的综合职业能力结构进行了分析,指明了其应具备的基本素质和职业能力,以高职物流专业为例,探讨了学生综合职业能力培养策略.
