基于模糊层次分析法的供应链综合绩效评价典型案例分析

摘要

In this paper we used fuzzy AHP and radar chart analysis to study empirically the comprehensive performance level of the supply chain of a certain car-making enterprise from Taizhou,Zhejiang,and demonstrated the process of supply chain comprehensive performance evaluation.%运用课题中以汽车整车制造业为核心建立的供应链综合绩效评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法及雷达图分析工具,对浙江台州某汽车整车制造企业供应链综合绩效水平进行实证分析,演示了供应链综合绩效评价的过程.
