体育物流服务模式及切入策略研究

摘要

从理论的角度对当前体育物流服务的运营模式进行了分析研究,认为体育物流可以分为链式体育物流服务模式、网络组织体育物流服务模式、专业体育物流服务模式、联盟体育物流服务模式、综合体育物流服务模式以及缝隙体育物流服务模式等六种模式,并在此基础上对体育物流的切入策略进行了探索.%In this paper,from a theoretical perspective,we analyzed the current operational mode of sports logistics services,argued that sports logistics could be divided into the chain model,network model,specialized mode,alliance mode,comprehensive mode and niche mode,and finally explored the initiation strategy of sports logistics.
