大型企业供应链物流管理系统规划研究

摘要

首先验证了集成化供应链物流管理系统对大型企业的效益优势，并提出了三维集成管理的思想，随后规划了大型企业供应链物流的总体管理模式，最后对具体的模式进行了阐述，认为大型企业应逐步发展管理系统的集成化程度，以获取多方面的竞争优势。%In this paper, we first verified the advantage of the integrated supply chain logistics management to improve the revenue of large-scale enterprises, proposed the idea of 3D integrated management, next designed the general management mode of the supply chain and logistics operations of these enterprises, and at the end, introduced specifically the characteristics of the mode.
