集约化模式下省级计量中心生产运行一体化管控模式与策略

摘要

针对省级计量中心集约化模式下生产运行的特点，建立有效的生产运行一体化管控模式，提出了构建协同供应链、创新管理方式、优化内外资源配置等策略来促进一体化管控模式的发展，对实现省级计量中心生产运行一体化管控、提高省级计量中心生产运作效率具有重要意义。结合国网重庆市电力公司电力科学研究院计量中心积极探索和运用集约化模式下生产运行一体化管控模式与策略的案例，说明一体化管控模式下生产运行集约化、信息化、一体化的有效实施。%In this paper, in view of the characteristics of the production and operation of the province-level econometric centers under the integration mode, we built an effective model for its comprehensive administration, proposed several strategies for this effect, and at the end, in the case of the econometric center of the science institute of State Grid Chongqing Power Company, illustrated the effective measures for the implementation of the comprehensive administration mode.
