渠道权力下秦皇岛市旅游供应链企业博弈合作研究

摘要

In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the basic connotation of the inner structure of the channel power and the tourism supply chains, we established the bi-matrix cooperation model of the tourism supply chain enterprises from Qinhuangdao for the peak and slack seasons respectively, then studied the game and cooperation in the supply chains with the channel power considered, and found that only a long-term supply chain cooperation mechanism could ensure win-win for the enterprises.%在阐述渠道权力内部结构和旅游供应链基本内涵的基础上，建立淡旺季下的旅游供应链企业双矩阵合作模型，对权力渠道下旅游供应链的博弈和合作进行研究。最后在秦皇岛城市旅游供应链的实证分析中得出，建立长期的旅游供应链合作机制才是共赢的最终保障。
