以协同创新为核心的特色型物流管理人才培养研究-以航空物流管理人才的培养为例

摘要

以协同创新视角审视了当前物流管理人才培养存在的问题，并以航空物流管理人才的培养为例，设计了以协同创新为核心的特色型物流管理人才的培养模式，探索了该模式下参与人才培养的各创新主体的协同关系以及协调机制。研究结果表明，协同创新理念对特色型物流管理人才的培养有着极为重要的意义。高校应通过积极开展校校协同、校企协同、校所协同、校政协同的形式，以及借助中介机构的辅助协同作用，培养适应社会的高层次、特色型物流管理类人才。%In this paper, we examined the problems existing in the current practice of logistics management talent cultivation from the perspective of collaborative innovation, then in the case of aviation logistics management talents, designed a characteristics logistics management talent cultivation mode centered on collaborative innovation, explored the interrelationship and coordination mechanism of the various innovation agents in the mode, and at the end, explained the significance of the notion of collaborative innovation to the cultivation of characteristic logistics management talents.
