In this paper, we analyzed the current status and development trend of the e-commerce logistics businesses in China and on such basis, proposed the strategy for the development of the logistics industry in the e-commerce era.%分析了我国电子商务物流发展现状以及电子商务背景下的物流发展趋势，在此基础上，提出了电子商务时代的物流发展策略。
