In this apper, we used the PCA to analyze the logistics competitivity of Xi’an and showed the potential of the city in the development of the modern logistics industry.%分析主成分分析法和物流城市竞争力，对西安市进行物流城市竞争力的主成分分析，论证西安市物流发展的潜力。
