供应链视角下我国煤炭物流竞争力提升策略

摘要

In this paper, through normative analysis and starting from the characteristic of the coal logistics, we introduced the current status of the coal logistics industry in China at the moment, proposed the mode for its development from the supply chain perspective, and at the end recommended the strategy to improve the competitivity of the coal logistics industry in China.%运用规范的分析方法，从煤炭物流的特点出发，介绍了目前我国煤炭物流的现状，并提出未来煤炭物流在供应链视角下的发展模式，最后提出了提升我国煤炭物流竞争力的策略，包括加强供应链环节上各个主体之间的合作、实现多种运输方式协调发展、充分发挥电子商务的平台作用、重视专业化人才培养、绿色化发展方向、利用现代电子信息技术提升创新管理水平等。
