基于EIQ-ABC分析法的物流仓储作业优化研究

摘要

针对企业在物流仓储作业过程中出现的仓库库位安排不合理导致拣货作业效率低等现象进行研究，提出利用EIQ-ABC分析法来解决这一问题，从而使得企业在物流仓储过程中的作业效率得到极大的提高，同时以武钢集团某公司仓储中心为例分析，最后还提出了相关的拣货策略和建议，给相关企业提供一种应用参考。%In this paper, in view of the problems in the enterprise logistics warehousing processes, we proposed an EIQ-ABC approach to deal with these problems and improve the working efficiency of the enterprises. At the end, through an empirical analysis, we gave the suitable sorting strategy to a certain storage center of the Wugang Group.
