物流业集群组织结构演进及动因研究

摘要

In this paper, we demonstrated that the network effect was the driving factor of the evolution of the logistics industrial clusters and concluded that against the clustered development trend of the logistics industry, the core logistics enterprises would develop into resource integrators while the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises into professional service providers.%阐述了根据物流服务的完整性、物流所利用的资源以及物流中所形成的企业网络的不同表现，物流业从无核心网络组织向单核心网络组织结构演变的集群发展过程，论证了网络效应是物流业集群演进的动因，得出了物流业集聚发展趋势下核心物流企业向资源整合方向发展、中小型物流企业向专业化方向发展的结论，为物流企业发展及政府管理提供了依据。
