生鲜产品物联网管理系统的构建途径

摘要

In this paper, in view of the property of the fresh farm produce transportation process, we analyzed the characteristics and existing issues of the fresh farm produce industry, built a fresh farm produce IOT supply chain management system with food safety considerations and at the end, analyzed the significance of the system.%针对生鲜产品运输流程的特殊性，分析了生鲜产品产业发展的特点及存在的安全问题，构建了一个食品安全下的生鲜产品物联网供应链安全管理体系，对生鲜产品从源头到终端的各个环节进行跟踪管理，有效加强了生鲜产品安全性。生鲜产品物联网供应链管理体系的构建为生鲜品业更好的保证食品安全奠定了基础。
