介绍了常州机电职业技术学院物流管理专业教学团队从高职教育的本质属性出发,经过多年的改革实践,结合物流管理专业特性,提出“四段递进、学训交互”人才培养模式,提出校企合作体制机制等模式实施的条件,并介绍了该模式在实现企业、学校、社会、学生多方共赢等方面的成效。%In this paper, we introduced the experience of the faculty of the logistics management specialty of Changzhou Vocational&Technical College of Electromechanics in its practice of the four-stage-progressive and learning-training-interactive cultivation mode, proposed the condition for the implementation of this mode and other modes such as school-enterprise cooperation, etc., and at the end, introduced the achievement from the implementation of this mode for enterprises, schools, the society and students.
