基于供应链优化的集中采购策略研究

摘要

随着集中采购策略实施的不断深入，在采购思想、模式、供应商分类以及企业零部件型号统一管理等方面都逐渐显现出一系列相关问题。以这些问题为研究对象，以国内某机床公司为例，指出了其集中采购策略实施过程中的几类相关问题，并从供应链优化的角度出发，提出了相应的解决对策。通过某机床公司在采购成本控制、采购周期控制以及信息化建设等方面的成果，验证了基于供应链优化的集中采购策略的有效性。%In this paper, in the case of a certain lathe manufacturer in China, we pointed out the issues in its implementation of the centralized purchasing strategy, then from the perspective of supply chain optimization, proposed the corresponding solutions on the basis of supply chain optimization and at the end, verified the effectiveness of the strategy.
