供应链整合对企业竞争力及绩效影响的实证分析-以西南地区制造企业为例

摘要

以西南地区的152家制造企业为样本，并构建供应链整合对企业竞争力及绩效影响研究模型，分别对西南地区的制造企业的供应链整合、资源能力、竞争优势与绩效间关系进行了分析。结果表明，供应链整合对企业竞争力及绩效的正向影响是显著的，同时还能通过竞争优势对企业绩效产生间接影响；资源能力不能显著影响企业绩效，但可以通过对供应链整合的中间作用来影响企业绩效；企业的资源能力与供应链整合均可以影响竞争优势，同时企业的竞争优势能显著促进企业绩效的提高。%In this paper, with the 152 manufacturing enterprises in the southwest region as the sample, we built the investigative model for the influence of supply chain integration on enterprise competitivity and performance and analyzed the supply chain integration, resource capacity, competitive advantage and performance of these enterprises. At the end, we discussed the implications of the findings from the analysis.
