我国高职高专物流专业人才培养现状分析及KAQ模式研究

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the cultivation of the logistics talents in China at the current stage, and proposed the basic framework and line of thinking of the KAQ cultivation mode for the cultivation of the logistics talents by the Chinese higher vocational and technical colleges.%针对我国当前物流人才培养的现状展开分析，结合当前我国高职高专物流人才培养的教育现状，提出高职高专院校在物流人才培养中的KAQ培养模式的基本框架和思路，为我国培养21世纪综合素质水平较高的物流专业人才提供理论指导。
