基于因子分析的民营快递企业核心竞争力研究-以义乌快递业为例

摘要

In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, we defined the concept of the core competitivity of the private express delivery enterprises, established its evaluation index system and the corresponding research model, used the factor analysis to study the core competitivity of the Yiwu Shentong Co., Ltd and the Yiwu Yuantong Co, Ltd, analyzed the key indexes of the core competitivity of the two and at the end proposed the suggestions to improve the core competitivity of the private enterprise delivery enterprises of Yiwu.%基于前人研究，界定了民营快递企业核心竞争力概念，并建立了民营快递企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系及研究模型，利用因子分析法研究了义乌申通、圆通快递有限责任公司的核心竞争力，并分析了其核心竞争力的关键指标因素，提出了提升义乌市民营快递企业核心竞争力的建议。
