提高我国大型体育赛事物流运作能力的探讨

摘要

通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法，阐释了大型体育赛事物流运作的相关理论，指出当前我国大型体育赛事在物流运作过程中存在的主要问题有：物流企业的规模不够，不能满足大型体育赛事物流的需求；体育物流专业化人才欠缺；缺乏先进的管理。在此基础上提出提高我国大型体育赛事物流运作能力的建议：加大投入，扩大物流企业的规模；建立有效的体育赛事物流策划机构，培养体育物流的专业化人才；提升物流企业的管理理念，提高物流信息化水平。%In this paper, through literature review and logical analysis, we introduced the theories related with the logistics operation of large-scale sports events, pointed out the problems existing in the operation process of the large-scale sports event logistics activities in China, and on such basis proposed the suggestions to improve the logistics operational capacity of the large-scale sports events in China.
