国际化背景下中小物流企业运营模式优化研究

摘要

In this paper, we classified the operation modes of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises, analyzed the factors influencing the selection of the modes, further pointed out the existing problems in the operation modes of the small-and-medium-sized Chinese logistics enterprises, and at the end, against the internationalization background, proposed some constructive opinions to optimize the operation modes.%对中小物流企业的运营模式进行分类，并对影响中小物流企业运营模式选择的因素进行了分析，进一步指出我国中小物流企业运营模式中存在的问题，最后结合国际化背景，对如何优化中小物流企业的运营模式提出了针对性的意见。
