基于价格和服务竞争的内河港航协调契约研究

摘要

建立内河港航供应链的协调机制是提升内河港航竞争力的关键。首先选择内河港口和内河航运企业作为研究对象，基于运价和服务质量构建港航服务链的利润模型；然后借鉴供应链契约的基本思想，对收入共享契约、服务成本共担契约、收益共享-成本共担契约这三种供应链契约在内河港航的协调效果进行对比分析。研究表明，收益共享-成本共担契约可以实现内河港航供应链协调，而在一定条件下，收入共享契约和服务成本共担契约也可实现内河港航供应链协调。%In this paper, we first choose suitable inland harbors and inland shipping enterprises as the subject, established the profit model of the shipping service chain on the basis of freightage and service quality, then compared the effect of the revenue sharing contract, service cost amortization contract and the revenue sharing-cost amortization contract in the coordination of the inland shipping supply chain, and at the end, analyzed the findings.
