跨境电子商务背景下海关监管模式的创新思考

摘要

通过分析海关对跨境电子商务实施监管过程中面临的几点突出问题,从海关监管模式、跨境电子商务信息管理平台、跨部门联系配合机制和法制建设四个方面,提出海关监管模式创新的相关建议.%In this paper,through analyzing the outstanding issues encountered in the customs supervising process on the cross-border e-commerce activities,we presented the corresponding suggestions on the aspects of customs supervisory mode,cross-border e-commerce information management platform,cross-departmental liaison mechanism and legislative construction.
