物流企业开展合同能源管理的应用研究

立足于研究物流企业开展合同能源管理的必然性和机理,通过分析物流企业开展合同能源管理的外在诱因和内在动因,归纳提出合同能源管理的价值链和价值范式,并对物流企业应用合同能源管理的机理进行合理阐述,旨在为物流企业开展合同能源管理提供理论参考.%In this paper, relying on a study on the inevitability and working mechanism of the implementation of energy performance contracting by logistics enterprises and through analyzing the external incentive and internal driver of logistics enterprises in implementing energy performance contracting, summarized the value chain and paradigm of it, and at the end introduced the working mechanism of the implementation of the energy performance contracting by logistics enterprises.
