基于物元分析的鲜活农产品供应链风险评价

摘要

In this paper, in order to counteract and prevent the risks in fresh farm produce supply chains and starting from the characteristics of the fresh farm produce and the current status of its research, we categorized the risks in the fresh farm produce supply chain, then built the corresponding risk evaluation index system on six aspects, next using the matter-element theory, established the corresponding risk evaluation model, and at the end, in connection with an empirical analysis of a certain large-scale agricultural produce logistics enterprises, demonstrated the effectiveness of the method and model.%为应对和防范鲜活农产品供应链风险，从鲜活农产品特点和研究现状出发，归类其供应链中存在的风险，从技术风险、流通风险和信息风险等6个方面，构建鲜活农产品供应链风险评价指标体系。运用物元分析理论，结合熵权法，建立基于物元分析的鲜活农产品供应链风险评价模型，给出评价步骤。最后，就某大型农产品物流企业数据进行实例分析，得到评价结果与实际情况基本一致，验证了方法与模型的有效性。
