中小型制造业订单追踪与供应商选择支持研究

摘要

In this paper, from the perspective of enterprise purchasing, we analyzed the current purchasing process of the small-and-medium-sized manufacturing businesses, identified the factors restricting their development, and proposed a method of the order tracking and supplier selection for these enterprises on the basis of time node.%从企业采购角度出发，分析了中小型制造业现有采购流程并找出制约其发展的因素，提出了一种基于时间节点的订单追踪方法和供应商选择方法，为中小型制造业提高按期交付能力和质量控制能力提供一种新的解决思路。
