基于多Agent的食品冷链物流质量安全管理模型

摘要

In this paper, in view of the problems in the cold chain logistics process, we proposed a quality and safety management model for food cold chains based on the multiple-agent system which, through the automation and coordination of the agents, could monitoring and administer the incidents possibly leading to food safety issues, and at the end, through a test, demonstrated the validity of the model.%针对冷链物流过程无法有效监控温度、重金属含量、运输路线异常等而导致的食品安全事件频发，提出了一种基于多Agent的食品冷链物流质量安全管理模型。该模型通过多Agent的自主动作和协调，对可能引起食品安全问题的事件进行监控管理。实验结果表明，该模型能自动识别潜在的安全问题，并针对出现的问题给管理者提供良好的决策支持，从而有效地提前预防食品安全事件的发生。
