关系网络与物流企业服务创新绩效的关系-基于资源整合的分析

摘要

In this paper, from the perspective of the relational network, we explored the relationship between the relational network, resource integration and service innovation performance of the logistics enterprises. Then with 216 Chinese logistics enterprises as the sample, we had an empirical study which showed that the relational network of the logistics enterprises had significant positive influence on their service innovation performance and resource integration functioned as the medium in the relationship of the above two. Then on the basis of the analysis, we provided the insights for the management of the logistics enterprises in China.%从关系网络视角出发，探究物流企业关系网络、资源整合、物流企业服务创新绩效三者之间的关系。选取我国216家物流企业作为研究样本进行实证研究，结果显示：物流企业的关系网络对其服务创新绩效具有显著的正向影响；资源整合在关系网络与物流企业服务创新绩效的关系中起到中介作用。在结论分析的基础上提出管理启示，以期为我国物流企业的创新发展提供管理思路。
