基于博弈论视角的道路交通违法行为研究

摘要

In this paper, based on a review of available literatures and according to the game theory, we attempted to build the benefit matrix in the traffic behavior game, found that there existed the Nash Equilibrium solution to it and at the end, analyzed the condition for such solution.%近年来交通事故频发，道路交通违法行为研究也随之增加。在对现有文献进行归纳的基础上，根据相关博弈理论，尝试建立道路交通博弈的收益矩阵，得出该博弈存在一纳什均衡，并对均衡存在的条件加以分析，以期对道路交通违法行为的规制提出有效的建议。
