基于电子商务的企业供应链管理模式创新

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed in-depth the supply chain management mode of the e-commerce enterprises. At first, we discussed the content of the supply chain management, and then on the basis of a situation analysis, pointed out the effect of e-commerce on the innovation of supply chain management;at the same time, in connection with specific data, we analyzed the development status of the supply chain management of the e-commerce enterprises and after gaining in-depth understanding of the existing problems and their mechanism, proposed correspondingly the countermeasures to promote their better development.%对基于电子商务的企业供应链管理模式进行深入研究，首先探讨供应链管理的内涵，在形势分析的基础上指出电子商务对供应链管理创新的作用；同时结合有关资料具体分析其发展现状，并在深入了解问题与内在原因的基础上，有针对性地提出基于电子商务的企业供应链管理模式创新对策。
