In this paper, under the current business mode of the art commodity e-commerce, we analyzed the current development status of the art e-commerce industry in China and then in the case of a company J and from its perspective, studied the location allocation problem of the nodal facilities in the art commodity supply chain network of the company for the purpose to minimize its cost while satisfying the market demand and improve its competitivity.%分析了我国艺术品电子商务的发展现状,在艺术品电子商务的运营模式下,以J公司为例,对其竞争战略和供应链战略进行分析,并从构建其供应链网络的视角,对于网络中的节点设施的选址进行建模研究,在满足市场需求的前提下实现成本最小化,从而提升企业竞争力。
