面向单元货物存拣一体化作业系统的作业能力研究

摘要

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the unit cargo oriented storage-sorting integration system and with the maximum SKU storage and inbound/outbound capacity of the system as the main indexes, we evaluated the overall capacity of the system, studied its influence elements and at the same time, used the Flexsim software to build the simulation model of the system and have a quantitative analysis of the utilization factor of the equipment in the system.%在分析面向单元货物存拣一体化系统功能的基础上，以系统存储最大SKU数、出入库能力两个主要指标对系统的总体能力进行了评价，对影响系统能力的要素进行了分析，同时利用Flexsim软件构建了系统仿真模型，对设备利用率等进行定量分析，为面向单元货物配送中心的设计提供了依据。
