基于供给侧的食品安全追溯体系源头风险防控对策分析

摘要

In this paper, through analyzing the current status of the relevant researches at home and abroad, we pointed out the problems existing in the food safety tracing system in China and then suggested to include the place of origin pollution governance into the food safety tracing system;adjust the supply structure of the food industry and extend the operational scale of the food industry;reinforce the development of the IOT equipment and facilities and encourage the farmers to partake in the food tracing system;and use the producer credit system to promote the benign collaboration in the industry.%通过国内外食品安全问题研究现状的分析，提出我国食品安全追溯体系存在源头界定不准确、农产品生产、加工和批发分散化小规模情况严重、食品安全链条的相关者利益不均衡等问题，建议将食品安全源头的污染治理纳入食品安全追溯体系；推进食品产业供给结构调整，扩大食品产业经营规模；加强物联网设施设备建设，激励农户参与食品追溯体系；应用信用体制建设成果，促进产业相关者间良性协同。
