面向价值的物流服务供应链运作过程建模方法

摘要

Value creation is the main target of the logistics service supply chain of an enterprise. In this paper, in order to realize the optimized logistics service supply chain operation management centered on value, we proposed the value-oriented modeling method and then relying on the model, business process and value-annotated PCN diagram, used the demand analysis model, service positioning and lean model and service dispatching and implementation model to depict the operation of the logistics service supply chain from different angles and quantify the value creation, transfer, decomposition and exchange processes of the business processes. At the end, in the case of the maritime logistics service chain, we demonstrated the validity of the method proposed.%价值创造是企业运作物流服务供应链的主要目标。为了实现以价值为核心的物流服务供应链优化运作管理，提出了面向价值的服务供应链运作过程建模方法，依托物流服务供应链模型、业务过程与价值标注的PCN图，使用需求分析模型、服务定位与精益模型、服务调度执行模型从不同的角度刻画物流服务供应链运作及量化业务过程服务价值的创造、传递、分解与交换。最后以海运物流服务链为例，验证了所提方法的有效性。
