卷烟包装纸箱再循环物流系统关键问题研究

摘要

In this paper, according to the composition of the cigarette logistics system, we analyzed the cigarette packaging process, used the fishbone diagram to analyze the key links and influence factors of the logistics process of the packaging cartons, discussed the content of the 5M1E elements of the process, summarized the basic recycling mode of the packaging cartons and the steps and procedures of the terminal recycling activity, and at the end, proposed the measures to ensure the recycling rate of the cartons.%根据卷烟物流系统组成，分析了包装纸箱流程程序，应用鱼骨图方法分析了包装纸箱物理过程关键环节和影响因素，探讨了包装纸箱物流“人机料法环”（5M1E）内容，总结了包装纸箱循环物流回收基本模式和终端回收作业步骤及流程，并提出了包装纸箱回收保障措施。
