航空物流企业创新能力研究—基于知识密集服务网络嵌入视角

摘要

以国内航空物流企业为研究对象,将知识密集服务企业视为可利用的外部资源,整合社会网络理论、创新管理等理论,探讨了航空物流企业嵌入知识密集服务网络对其创新能力的影响机理.通过对102家航空物流企业的实证研究发现,一方面,航空物流企业在知识密集服务网络的结构嵌入性和关系嵌入性对其创新能力有正向影响;另一方面,不同知识密集服务关系网络对航空物流企业创新能力的影响存在显著差异,航空物流企业嵌入T-KIBS网络对其技术创新能力更有利,而航空物流企业嵌入P-KIBS网络对其服务创新能力更有利.通过结合社会网络理论与知识密集服务业领域的研究成果,为制造企业绿色创新领域提供了一个新的研究视角,也为其创新实践提供了理论指导.%In this paper, with the Chinese aviation logistics enterprises as the object, we viewed the knowledge intensive service enterprises as exploitable external resources and by integrating the social network theory and the innovative management theory, discussed the influence mechanism of the embedded knowledge intensive service network of the aviation logistics enterprises on their innovation capacity. Through the empirical study on 102 aviation logistics enterprises, we found that, on the one hand, the structural and relational embeddedness of the knowledge intensive service networks had positive influence on the innovation capacity of these enterprises;and on the other, there existed marked difference between the influence mechanism of different knowledge intensive service relation networks:the T-KIBS network was more conducive to the technical innovation capacity while the P-KIBS network more to the service innovation capacity.
